Keneisha “KJ” Jordan, born in FL, raised in Decatur, GA where she grew to work as a trainer specializing in information technology before turning her sights to cooking. From watching cooking show competitors to chefs to the stars, as a young child she would love to watch these talented individuals whip up all kinds of delicious dishes; she always knew she had a passion for food just didn’t know it was for cooking it; especially with a GRILLING specialty. Keneisha is a huge “FOODIE”; and if you haven’t noticed by some of her meals, SALMON is her favorite dish to eat & COOK.
She established herself as a chef about 9 years ago and is on track to launch a number of businesses that included her very own catering company which launched in 2017, currently developing a cookbook calendar, a YouTube Channel entitled KJ’s Lunchbox: “Too Tired to Cook” featuring special guests (family & friends) ; a food truck in 2022.
KJ’s Lunchbox will be hosting virtual cooking classes in the Summer of 2021..
And introducing several handcrafted spices and KJ’s Lunchbox customized merchandise late spring of 2021…
